Resales are mainly available in the November – February period. A very limited number of weeks in March – October are also available.
Please select the week in which you would like to buy one of our RESALE apartments.
The Owners Committee manage a resales programme for the limited number of weeks which become available each year from owners who have retired, resigned or made other holiday commitments.
This facility allows prospective visitors to research and reserve RESALES at the resort. Several transactions can be handled on one booking form. For more information or to discuss a purchase please contact mike@beachclub.co.uk.

Access to Las Mimosas and facilities is restricted to only guests actually staying at the resort.
